On HS 091030 from India to Nigeria, the import duty is 20% MFN (applied), so that is the main cost pressure on the buyer side. India also has RoDTEP at 1.4% of FOB effective 2026-05-01, which helps offset export-side costs, but the single most valuable next action is to build the landed cost in Nigeria and test whether your price still clears the 20% duty.

No. India publishes a rate-level remission schedule (RoDTEP). Most countries support exporters through duty drawback, export VAT refunds, duty-free input regimes, state export credit insurance or market-development grants — and EU/WTO rules prohibit direct export subsidies.
Only a few governments publish an official rate schedule. Where no official rate exists, we name the scheme and link the administering authority instead of showing a number you could not rely on in a contract.
Every scheme links to the authority's own page. Scheme names and eligibility change with each budget or trade-policy notification — confirm on the official page before you price an export.
