For HS 100630 (Rice, semi-milled or wholly milled) from India to the United States, the tool shows no importDuty or preferential rate, but it does show an exportBenefit of 1% of FOB under RoDTEP effective 2026-05-01. That means the immediate upside is on the India export side, not on U.S. import duty, and the practical value of the deal depends on how that 1% FOB credit compares with your freight, insurance, and margin. The single most valuable next action is to build the landed cost in the United States in Command Center and then check the exact 8-digit RoDTEP rate in Appendix 4R before quoting.

Every scheme below is published by that country's own authority and linked to its official page. Rates are only shown where a government publishes an official rate schedule.
No. India publishes a rate-level remission schedule (RoDTEP). Most countries support exporters through duty drawback, export VAT refunds, duty-free input regimes, state export credit insurance or market-development grants — and EU/WTO rules prohibit direct export subsidies.
Only a few governments publish an official rate schedule. Where no official rate exists, we name the scheme and link the administering authority instead of showing a number you could not rely on in a contract.
Every scheme links to the authority's own page. Scheme names and eligibility change with each budget or trade-policy notification — confirm on the official page before you price an export.
